Located opposite the DELTA 3 container terminal, this area is made for manufacturers and logistics providers wishing to own their warehouses.

The L.A Nord Area is composed by 121,000m² of European distribution centers:
Leroy Merlin (do-it-yourself) : 70,000m²
and Oxylane Decathlon (sports) ; 51,000m².
