Concept

The DELTA 3 concept is unique. The area combines on a same 300 hectare site :

A multi-modal transport terminal (rail – route – waterways)
Logistics areas with 330,000 m² of state of the art warehouses
An office area and a living area

« More than 10 years after the opening of the combined transport Terminal, infrastructure of transhipment between road, rail and inland waterways, Delta 3 reaches a new stage by developing the LC area for cross-docking with a rail access and the LD logistics area representing 350,000 m² of additional warehouses as from end of 2017.
These projects will reinforce the role of Delta 3 as a hub and will propose solutions to deliver goods to places of consumption in the urban areas by alternative means of transport ».
